About The Role
As an Application Support Engineer, you will serve as the vital link between our software engineering squads and our enterprise clients across retail, hotel, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve tier-2 and tier-3 software and database queries
• Assist clients with on-premise and cloud installations
• Conduct user training and configuration workshops
• Document technical troubleshooting workflows and FAQs

Educational Qualifications
