1. Scope of Policy
This Refund Policy governs commercial terms associated with perpetual licenses, software customizations, implementation milestones, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) furnished by Flexible Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd.
2. Enterprise Software Licenses
FIT provides comprehensive pre-sales product demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, and scope verifications prior to commercial contract execution. Due to the proprietary digital delivery of license activation keys and source modules, perpetual software license fees are non-refundable once software keys are generated and deployed.
3. Custom Engineering & Implementation Milestones
Custom ERP module development and data migration services are billed against mutually agreed project milestone schedules (User Acceptance Testing / UAT). Milestone payments corresponding to completed and accepted phases are non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions & Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Clients may cancel recurring subscription or AMC services by providing 30 days prior written notice. Pre-paid unused quarterly or annual maintenance fees are assessed and refunded pro-rata, minus any documented administrative setup costs.
5. Dispute Resolution
