1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing https://fitlk.com, licensing FIT software (fitFlashbooks, fitInventory, fitPayroll, fitPOS, fitHotelion, fitChequePro, fitCarCare), or engaging our technical services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
All proprietary software algorithms, source code, database architectures, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation provided by FIT are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Flexible Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly within agreed operational scopes.
3. Authorized Software Use & Security
Clients agree to utilize FIT software in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Sri Lanka and international jurisdictions. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, duplicate, or circumvent software licensing mechanisms.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Maintenance
Support response timelines, bug remediation schedules, and emergency after-hours escalations are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between FIT and the customer organization.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
